I am “The Flustered Baker.” I call myself that because nothing ever goes quite as planned. I have a tiny kitchen, but that doesn’t stop me from trying out new recipes and filling my cabinets with recipe books. I try to keep the recipes down to as few bowls as possible. Who really needs 10 bowls for one cake…and who really has that many?
I live in gorgeous Oregon with my husband. We were married in June of 2015, and he is my faithful test taster. He is brutally honest. (“Babe, don’t put that on your blog, it’s weird.” Or, “English muffins! Blog that!”)
From time to time you might see trips I’ve taken pop up on the blog. Oregon is gorgeous and I always want to share the beauty.

oh wow you live in Oregon! I have idealised Oregon ever since I watched stop animation films like Coraline – the people who make those movies are based in Hillsboro? http://www.laika.com/index.php – would LOVE to see more photos of your hometown!
