Biscuit Chicken Pizza

Admit it. We all have that moment when we go to make something and have no idea what to make. When we throw stuff together, sometimes it comes out. Sometimes we pretend that we never made it in the first place. We take care to make it look like we never cooked anything that gross. Well lunch wasn’t the gross one. It was a good one. As my best friend and fellow blogger said after the first bite, “Uh, Rae, hope you remember what’s in this thing, cause it’s a make again recipe.” And yes, we do say make again recipe in real life. It’s just kinda morphed, lol. There is no picture of this because face it-I didn’t expect anyone, especially me, to like this.  But here it is.

Biscuit Chicken Pizza

One recipe of Bisquick made into biscuit dough. (Just a single recipe will do)
1 chicken breast
1 can tomato paste
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
seasoning. (I used 1 T of Italian seasoning and some extra granulated garlic)

Chop the chicken breast. Throw them into a frying pan with some salt, the onions, garlic, and some seasoning. Once it’s cooked, mix in the tomato paste with a little bit of water. Season to taste.

Spread the prepared biscuit dough into a rectangle. Cut it into three strips. Spread the mix onto the prepared biscuit dough. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake in a 400 oven for ten minutes. Enjoy!
